Takedown Complaint dated 2023-12-31
From 🏳️⚧️☕️
Hi AWS Trust and Safety, We believe that our site is compliant within the AUP. Per the AUP, the following activities are not permitted. • for any illegal or fraudulent activity; • to violate the rights of others; • to threaten, incite, promote, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm; • for any content or activity that promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse; • to violate the security, integrity, or availability of any user, network, computer or communications system, software application, or network or computing device; • to distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass email or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (or “spam”). It appears that the Complaint claims that we engage in dangerous and illegal conduct. Our site does not constitute nor engage in illegal activity, as we only provide links to merchants who may or may not retail non-controlled prescription drugs. We do not retail any products whatsoever. In addition, we had legal clear us for the Criminal Code already, demonstrating that the activities on this site is legal. In addition, E2 (Estradiol) is not a schedule nor controlled drug. The activities we engage in is not dangerous. Our activities do not constitute “promoting serious harm” as we only engage in the distribution of information regarding this subject matter. We do not encourage the use of the merchants listed. We believe that we are reducing harm for clients who may have proceeded with an untested and actually dangerous merchant (harm reduction). In fact, we strongly advise clients to proceed with an informed consent HRT provider such as Folx or Plume (both are listed on the website) I am also very confused by the term “to minors”. Our website is designed to serve the general population as harm reduction. We do not target any specific group of individuals. In fact, we have very strict conflict of interest and promotion (no promotion whatsoever is allowed) policies to prevent exactly this. Please see case 18323191479 as precedent to this case.
