no issues, there was a problem with the payment which was very swiftly and competently corrected. everything up to standard (order was for 50mg/ml EEn vial)

I cannot comment on customer-service since everything in the ordering-process went so smooth that I never had any personal interaction (which is good, I guess). The delivery-time was okay and the packaging made a very solid impression and was very plain. The EEn-vials look visually fine (no tint to the liquid), but that can of course not replace a proper test. The gel, which is what I am actually using at this time (the vials are a backup solution, in case I ever need it) seems to work in general, but I got pretty low levels with what I had assumed to roughly be the recommended dose (two pumps per day). “Roughly” because I am very much not a fan of the bottles: They are very unreliable in how much they put out, with some pumps producing literally nothing. Using a bottle that ensures that they always output the same amount the way the pharmaceutical companies do, even if that makes them more expensive, would probably be a really good idea. That said, the higher concentration of the gel has its own advantages of course in that I no longer have to deal with both arms and shoulders being wet for minutes each morning.

Felicitas has a friendly, available and quick customer service. The delivery arrived within the expected time interval and the product (estrogel) works well for monotherapy. I have ordered twice already (5 units in total) and have always been happy with the service, which always has the customer in high priority in mind. Up until now I have had 0 issues with Felicitas!

Ordered my second package from Felicitas (2 vials of EEn). Buying was simple, delivery quick (a week from ordering). Their old shipping route used DHL on the Polish side, now it's handled by InPost, providing a better experience. Vials are undamaged, clean & pure. Would be my go-to in the EU.

Ordering from Felicitas went smoothly, with very pleasant and quick contact along the way. The product is great and the packaging was superb, safe and with no indication what's inside. I'll definitely be ordering from them again :) Side note: due to a fault on DHL's part I couldn't redirect the package - it seems that there might be an issue with redirecting international packages in general, so I'd advise against ordering to a risky address thinking you'll be able to reroute the package.
